Ensuring that participants from all 60 countries are smoothly experiencing the conference may be difficult to track. Yet our team made sure that the conference became an international event. Time zones, for sure, were a setback and it was solved. Additionally we valued the "EDI" plan and acted accordingly. "EDI" is equality, diversity and inclusivity. With all delegates and trainers from different backgrounds, the conference was even better.
